Items sold cannot be cancelled, refund nor exchangeable.
We will not be liable for any delay/ lost in process of normal mailing.
All goods will be inspected before delivery. We will only exchange or replace the item due to manufacturer's defects. No other reasons will be entertained. Eg: Placed order for wrong design etc..
All defects must be reported through email with zoom in photo image of the defective area within 5 days from date of dispatch of your order for local customer & 1 week plus estimated shipment time (provided via confirmation email) from date of dispatch of your order for Oversea customers. Exchange will be made only if the item is returned in the original condition.
For all exchanges, postage fee for sending the item back to us will be borne by the buyer. We will bear the resending fee for replacement item or issue a refund.
* Items shall be returned with full and original packaging. (Include tag, label, packaging bag)
* Items with signs of tampering, using, washing, altering will not be entertained.
* Any returned packages received that do not conform to our rules of exchanges will be ignored and customers will need to bear further postage & handling charges for requesting us to send back to you.
